Place a heaped teaspoon per person of this coffee and  a heaped teaspoon per person of sugar in a small pot (a traditional briki or jivzen). Cover with a cup per person of water and bring to a roaring boil. Tak off the heat right before the liquid overflows. Serve in small Greek coffee cups accompanied with a glass of water and a Greek walnut or almond cookie. The small pot utensil and a selection of coffee cups and Greek cookies are also available at this store.
