Shipping Policy
Delivery Costs
All orders within Australia are delivered by Australia Post Standard Shipping. There is an initial processing and handling fee of AUD $5.00. The shipping fee is a flat rate of $15 for all deliveries within Australia. All orders outside of Australia are delivered via International Post Standard Shipping. There is an initial processing and handling fee of USD $6.58. The shipping fee is a flat rate of USD $13.15. In other words the more items you buy in a single order, the more you save on handling and delivery fees.
Delivery Time
All orders that contain items that are within stock are dispatched on the same day or the morning after the order has been placed. Orders within Australia should arrive within 10 days. Orders delivered outside of Australia should arrive within 21 days. Should any part of the order be out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately and will be given options on how to proceed.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you have changed your mind about purchasing a product, we do not offer an exchange or refund. If your product is faulty or if it has been damaged in transit, we will gladly either replace, refund or exchange the item. Please contact admin@oldworldcharm.com.au with photographic or video evidence of the fault or damage, and explaining what you would like us to do to rectify the problem.
