Sprinkler for Holy Water with Wooden Handle and Faux Hair. This item is called a Palochka (Палочка) in Slavonic, Rantisterion (Ραντιστήριον) in Greek, and Mrisana (ܡܪܝܼܣܵܢܵܐ) in Syriac Aramaic. It replaces the historic hyssop plant (a wild flowering minty smelling basil herb from the Levant) which was traditionally used for sprinkling with holy water.
